Hugh Falkus wrote of this rod “ The 12ft 4” Hexagraph Grilse is an excellent light salmon rod that will Spey cast over 30 yards when necessary and is likely to become the ladies favourite. Its strength is surprising. In North America recently it landed me fish of up to 35 lb most comfortably.
